League Rules
"1998" Fantasy Football League rules.
Please spend some time to look over the rules. If there are any questions let me know and I will be happy to adress them.
Every team will have a total of 14 players. The amount of players you have in any one catagory is optional. You will need to have enough players at each position to fill a starting line-up. Every week you will need to turn in a starting line-up before the start of the first game on sunday. Line-up's at this point are frozen. Players may only play at a position that there are listed at.
Drafting order
Drafting order is determined as follow's. On a day before draft day all 10 teams will draw for a drafting spot number 1 through 10. The number 1 spot gets the number 1 pick and so on. After the first round has drafted then we use a back to front draft method or what as known as a switchback.
Example:
Round 1 | 1,2,3,4.........10
Round 2 | 10,9,8,7.........1
Round 3 | 1,2,3,4.........10 |
And so on until all teams have drafted 14 players. After the draft is complete then teams are able to trade, drop or pick up player that are available.

More Rules:
1. It is the responsibility of the team owners to make sure they have there line up in on time. The commissioner will not change line up's for any team. If the line up is not in on time then the previous weeks line up will be used. Team line up's must be in before the first game on sunday. When there is a saturday game then they must be in before saturday's game.
2. Any trades that seem to be strange will be looked at by the commishioner. Trades can and will be cancelled if it appears that they may be some cheating going on. This is to keep from teams getting together and combining there best players to win the league. The commissioner will ask owners what they are getting in return for there trade and if they can't give a resoniable answer then the trade will be declined. If there are any owners that have a issue with a trade then they can protest and the commissioner will look into the trade. Note: Trades will almost never be overturned.
League Fees:
The cost of the league will be 50 dollars. We have 10 teams therefore the prize fund will be 500 dollars. Trades will cost 1 dollar each and must be paid before the player can be used. That means if you make a trade each team pay's a dollar for each player picked up. Example: If you make a 2 for 1 trade then it cost you 2 dollars.
Half of the league fees must be paid before draft day. The other half must be paid before the trade deadline. All trades must be paid before the player can start.
Fund breakdown
300.00 Super Bowl Winner
160.00 Runner up
10.00 weekly high score winners. A tie score will split the money.
Trade money will be set aside for smaller prizes to be determined
later. I have no idea how much will be in the trade fund.
Please keep in mind that issues may arise during the season. I will try my best to make the best decisions that I can and then make sure that those issues are addressed for the next season.
